We have a requirement for an HVAC Technician to join our busy Team. Primary responsibilities include:

• Corrective and preventative maintenance on air handlers, computer room air conditioning (CRAC) units and Variable Air Volume (VAV) boxes.
• Maintenance and repair of pumps on chilled water systems.
• Replenishment of refrigerant and diagnostic fault finding on HVAC equipment.
• Perform regular monitoring, inspection, preventative and corrective maintenance to ensure uninterrupted client operation and asset integrity is maintained.
• Deliver the preventative maintenance program. Ensure that deficiencies are identified, recorded and escalated. Maintain related maintenance documents.
• Perform work in accordance with established processes and procedures.
• Comply with all internal and external requirements including but not limited to environmental, health and safety and fire protection.
• Respond to routine and on-demand work requests.
• Provide observations about facility mechanical conditions and deficiencies. Provide recommendations for improvements and repair.
• Perform other duties as assigned., Employment is subject to the ability to obtain and maintain a DV - STRAP level security clearance
• Please note that the nature of the projects may require you to work at heights or work in confined spaces
• You must be in possession of a valid passport or be willing to apply for a passport as a condition of employment.

  Typically, an accredited degree or global equivalent in engineering or business with plant Operations & Maintenance experience and/or other relevant work experience
• Good working knowledge and experience-based understanding of industry specific programs and systems, Flexible team player with an ability to operate with minimum supervision
• Computer literate including Microsoft programs
• Demonstrate experience of working to high quality standards
• Good attention to detail.
• Can perform risk assessments with a high level of health & safety awareness
• Position is a Monday through Friday dayshift position
