HVAC Project Manager

Own end-to-end delivery of small and medium commercial HVAC projects, from sales handover to completion. This is a hands-on role combining office-based coordination (Droitwich) with site activity. You'll work closely with engineers, subcontractors, coordinators and clients to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to specification. Essential: Project management experience in HVAC/building services Track record delivering commercial projects end-to-end Strong knowledge of HVAC systems (VRV/VRF, chillers, ventilation) Commercial awareness (budgets, timelines, subcontractors) Health & Safety knowledge (CDM) Strong communication and ability to balance site/office work Preferred: Service/install HVAC environment experience Relevant qualifications (APM, PRINCE2) H&S certifications (IOSH, NEBOSH, SMSTS, CSCS) Ability to interpret technical drawings MS Office and project planning tools #LI-HN1 #LI-Hybrid #RMDFL
