Full Job Description
- Leading HVAC/mechanical projects from pre-construction through to completion
- Managing multiple sites, project teams, and subcontractors
- Taking full commercial and programme responsibility across projects
- Building and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Driving quality, compliance, and health & safety standards across all works
This role is suited to a proven HVAC professional with a strong track record in managing mechanical services projects, looking to join a business where they can take full ownership of delivery and client relationships., Extensive experience in HVAC / mechanical project delivery - Proven background in a management role within M&E / building services
- Strong commercial acumen and contract management experience
- Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
