Full Job Description
Reporting to one of our Senior HR Officers, you will be joining a team of seven HR professionals. The role encompasses a variety of responsibilities including oversight of the Casual Worker process including payroll submission, and supporting the day-to-day operation of the generalist HR function including recruitment, onboarding, contracts, reporting, leave management, main, casual and overtime payroll.
The post holder will the provided with training in our systems, ready for the busy start of the new academic year. You will be flexible and 'can do' attitude and the ability to communicate confidently, using discretion as required when dealing with confidential matters. Strong IT and written communication skills are essential.
