Full Job Description
visits to schools across North Somerset, Bath and North East Somerset (BANES), and Bristol. The postholder will also deputise for the Director of People as required and provide leadership cover for the Organisational Development Manager. Please see the attached Job Pack and Job Description for further details of the role. The successful candidate will have: CIPD Level 7 qualification, or an equivalent professional qualification. Substantial senior-level HR experience, ideally as an HR Manager, HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor. Extensive experience of managing complex employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, capability, attendance and safeguarding-related cases. Proven experience of organisational change, consultation, restructuring and, ideally, TUPE processes. Strong working knowledge of employment law, HR best practice, safeguarding requirements, safer recruitment and compliance frameworks. Strong analytical, organisational, communication and report-writing
skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and build effective stakeholder relationships. Confidence in advising and influencing senior leaders, providing balanced, pragmatic and legally compliant HR advice. Access to personal transport. In return, we can offer: Excellent pension scheme.
