Human Resources Intern

This internship is designed for undergraduate students currently studying Human Resources or a related discipline who are looking to develop practical, hands-on experience in HR administration. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support to the HR team, ensuring efficient and accurate delivery., + Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR team across all areas of the employee lifecycle from induction to exit interviews.
+ Assist with recruitment activities, including drafting job advertisements, coordinating applications, and scheduling interviews
+ Support onboarding processes, including preparation of documentation and coordination of inductions
+ Prepare standard HR documentation, including reviews and letters
+ Maintain HR systems, databases, and filing systems with a high level of accuracy
+ Assist in coordinating training sessions and employee engagement initiatives
+ Respond to routine HR queries and escalate where appropriate
+ Contribute to ongoing HR projects and process improvements
+ Assisting with staff engagement activities
