Full Job Description

  • Degree and registration with a relevant professional body, with an ongoing requirement to
  • maintain evidence of continuing professional development in the agreed format.
  • Recognised qualifications or substantial experience in Sensory services.
  • General education to GCSE level or equivalent, including English Language and Maths
  • (grade 4-9 /A-C).Desirable:
  • Work-related qualifications, such as a relevant NVQ.
  • Relevant post-qualifying awards.
  • Degree related to health and social care, specifically addressing Sensory needs and
  • disability.
  • Qualifications in leadership and management
  • The New GCSE Grading System
  • Grades 7-9 are equivalent to the old grades A and A.
  • The bottom of grade 7 aligns with the bottom of grade A.
  • Grades 4-6 are equivalent to the old grades B and C.
