Human Resources Business Partner (Central Team) PO3-PO4 (SCP 32-38) £41,511- £47,754 (Pay Award Pending) Contract: 37 Hours per week, all year round The GORSE Academies Trust is seeking to recruit a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our friendly and forward-thinking central HR team. Reporting to the Assistant Director of HR and working closely with our Director of HR, the HRBP plays a key role in aligning HR strategies with organisational goals across a portfolio of GORSE academies. The successful candidate will partner with senior leaders, support performance management, drive organisational development, manage complex employee relations, and contribute to key strategic HR initiatives that foster an inclusive and engaging workplace culture aligned to our GORSE values. We are looking for an individual who has:

  • A minimum level 5 qualification in HR, preferably CIPD (essential).
  • A full UK driving license and daily access to a vehicle, as the role will involve working at all the academies within the Trust.
  • Strong practical knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance regulations.
  • Significant experience as a HR Business Partner, HR Advisor, or HR Manager role.
  • Proven ability to manage complex employee relations cases, drive organisational development, and deliver data-informed HR solutions.
  • A collaborative approach and skilled at influencing and building relationships across all levels.
