Human Resources Business Partner

We are seeking to recruit proactive and enthusiastic Human Resources Business Partners to lead on strategic and operational HR activity across Clinical Service Units. The post holders will play a key role in the overall delivery of HR activities trust-wide and contribute to the development of the HR Department as a whole. Working collaboratively with senior managers the post holders will work with service leads to support forward planning, workforce modernisation and transformation and act as a driver of workforce information and improvement.Main duties of the job To lead on strategic and operational HR activity across the assigned area, play a key role in the overall delivery of strategic and operational HR activities trust-wide and contribute to the development of the HR Department as a whole. Responsible for designing and delivering of the strategic and operational HR plan for the assigned area of responsibility. To lead on the development, planning and implementation of National, Regional, Place-based and Trust HR change initiatives and programmes, including development and implementation of effective policies which best fit the needs of a successful and developing organisation. Manage staff within the HR Operations Team and the HR Admin Team in order to ensure the effective operation of the team and seamless patient focussed delivery of the service across the Trust.
