The final salary will be adjusted accordingly once this has been agreed., In this key role, you will act as a trusted HR business partner, providing expert advice and practical support to managers, headteachers and governors across a wide range of workforce matters. - A confident, credible HR professional with strong employee relations experience.
- Skilled in handling complex and sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy.
- Able to build effective relationships across services, including schools and trade unions.
- Solutions-focused, resilient, and able to manage competing priorities.
- Committed to continuous professional development. You will have: Grade 10:
- Level 5 CIPD qualification (or equivalent experience) with a commitment to progress to CIPD Level 7 within 3 years, and
- Around 3+ years' HR experience. Or, Grade 11:
- CIPD Level 7 qualified and/or Chartered CIPD Membership, and
- Significant HR experience (typically 5+ years) with the ability to operate at a strategic level. We are a small, close-knit team that prides itself on being:
