We are seeking to appoint an HR Apprentice to be part of our Trust HR team. Working closely with the Head of HR Operations and HR and Payroll Co-Ordinator , the postholder is responsible for delivering a range of HR, payroll and recruitment services. The postholder will be a member of the central Trust HR team with a focus on providing outstanding administrative HR services, All staff are expected to know what to do if they have concerns about a child, take on the responsibility for providing a safe environment and promoting children's welfare, undertake regular safeguarding and child protection training and, familiarise themselves with KCSIE part 1 and local policies and procedures as directed by the trust/academy.

• Has excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and accurately
• Is self-motivated to complete required duties and has the ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Has experience of using Microsoft Office Packages
• Has willingness and ability to obtain and/or enhance qualifications and training for the post
