Are you an experienced HR professional, passionate about creating a workplace where people are encouraged to thrive?, We're looking for a skilled Human Resources Advisor Specialist to join our HR Advisory Service. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in developing a restorative and learning culture, helping managers to make compassionate, people-focused decisions, while building manager capability across the organisation. As a trusted HR partner, you'll provide specialist advice on complex employee relations matters, organisation change, employment law, coaching and leadership development. As part of a team that provides support across the Trust, you will be required to travel to sites throughout Somerset when needed, while benefiting from a flexible hybrid working arrangement that includes working from home.Main duties, tasks & skills required You'll work closely with managers across the Trust to: Provide expert HR advice on employee relations, absence management, disciplinary, grievance, performance and organisational change matters. Coach and support managers to achieve fair and effective outcomes. Lead or support consultations, restructures, organisational change programmes and TUPE processes. Deliver Manager training and development initiatives to strengthen leadership capability. Analyse people data and trends, producing reports that support organisational decision making. Develop and review HR policies, procedures, toolkits and guidance to ensure compliance with employment legislation and best practice. Support investigations, hearings, appeals and employment tribunal preparation where required.

CIPD level 5 qualified or equivalent experience, Experience working in a busy and professional HR environment. Up to date knowledge of employment legislation and best practice. Proven experience advising and influencing managers on complex people matters. Strong coaching and mentoring skills Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a fast paced environment. Ability to travel across Somerset as required
