  • Contract: 12 months fixed term contract (maternity leave cover)

  • Salary: £28,885.62 per annum

We are looking for a confident and people focused HR Advisor to join our HR team. What you will be doing:



  • Provide trusted, practical HR advice to managers and employees

  • Manage and support a variety of ER cases

  • Support restructures, TUPE and organisational change

  • Coach managers to build confidence and capability

  • Promote inclusive practices, safeguarding and equality

  • Build strong relationships across the organisation and with external partners


What you will bring:



  • Experience handling ER cases in a busy HR environment

  • A solid understanding of employment law and equality practices

  • Strong communication, coaching and problem solving skills

  • CIPD Level 3 (or working towards Level 5)

  • A calm, positive and values driven approach

  • Experience within care or the charity sector is a bonus but not essential.
