Full Job Description

As a Human Resource Admin, you will support the Operations Manager in managing recruitment and onboarding activities for volunteers and team members. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on HR and admin experience in a meaningful charity environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Post volunteer and team role advertisements
  • Screen applications and shortlist suitable candidates
  • Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers
  • Conduct initial screening calls (if assigned)
  • Maintain applicant tracking sheets and recruitment records
  • Support onboarding of new volunteers (documents, SOPs, system access)
  • Follow structured recruitment workflows
  • Provide weekly recruitment updates to the Operations Manager

    Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
  • Basic experience or interest in HR, admin, or recruitment (preferred but not essential)
  • Comfortable using Google Drive, Sheets, and online tools
  • Professional, reliable, and confident working independently
