Full Job Description
The role will involve , greeting and booking patients in on arrival at the hub site and patient satisfaction surveys. Full induction will be provided. Our Hub sites are located across the borough & we have sessions available on :-
- Saturday - 10:00 - 16:00, The role involves booking patients in on arrival, Professionally deal with any queries as they arise and keep the GP's informed if any changes occur to the prebooked appointments. To be confident with patients and professional at all times. Ensure a handover is completed to your service coordinator if applicable and all keys & equipment are returned to the designated place. Audit checks to be completed on every session and Patient surveys to be distributed accordingly to the patients on arrival. Experience is preferred but full training will be provided on induction.
Wigan GP Alliance is a well-established Primary Care provider within the Borough of Wigan and Leigh, established in 2015 to respond to the Prime Ministers Challenge Fund. The Alliance has grown to deliver its core services and extended its delivery to provide many more services and additional support for the whole Borough, reacting when required to in time of need eg Covid-19 response.
