HSE Support

We are recruiting for a Health and Safety Support to join our expanding team based at Manufacturing site in Barton. The salary for the role is £29,000 + Quarterly Bonus up to £500. Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that Risk Assessments/Safe Systems of work/COSHH/MAC requirements are met
• Proactively work with other areas of the business to develop SHE culture
• Conduct daily, weekly and monthly safety audits as well as behavioural observations
• Challenging unsafe behaviours and recognising areas of improvement
• Investigate accidents through contributory factors to identify the root cause
  
  IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent required
• A knowledge of ISO is desired
• NEBOSH General Certificate (advantageous)
• Machinery knowledge (advantageous)
• Capable of working in a culturally diverse environment
