More detail about the role Key Responsibilities Decontamination, inspection, assembly, and packing of surgical instruments and medical devices Operation of washer-disinfectors, sterilisers, and tracking systems Ensuring all work complies with departmental procedures, quality standards, and HTM 01 01 guidance Maintaining accurate documentation and traceability records Working collaboratively with colleagues to meet service demands and turnaround times Supporting a clean, safe, and well organised working environment About You Were looking for someone who: Has excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach Works well as part of a team and communicates clearly Can follow strict procedures and quality standards Is comfortable working in a technical, process driven environment Is willing to undertake training and development within the role Previous experience in sterile services or a

decontamination environment is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
