HR Transactional Hub Advisor

The successful candidate will support a wide range of transactional processes and staff queries managed through the Employee Service Centre (ESC), ESR, HealthRoster and associated systems. The role will involve supporting areas including:

• Recruitment and onboarding activity
• Temporary Staffing administration
• Employee Services transactional processing
• Rostering support activity
• Statutory & Mandatory Training administration
• Processing employee changes and maintaining accurate records
• Responding to queries from managers and employees
• Supporting wider Hub priorities and operational demands
The Hub operates as a shared service model and therefore flexibility, teamwork and a willingness to support across different workstreams are essential.

As many of you will be aware, the Hub continues to develop into a centralised shared service supporting Recruitment, Temporary Staffing, Rostering, Employee Services and Statutory & Mandatory Training administration across the Trust. As the service continues to grow and evolve, we are looking for an individual who is motivated, organised and committed to delivering a high-quality service to join the team. This opportunity would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced operational environment, is solution-focused and is keen to further develop their knowledge and experience across transactional HR services.
