Hitachi Energy is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Project Support to join our team. As a HR Project Support, you will play a crucial role in supporting our location move project and assisting in general administrative tasks. Your excellent communication and organizational skills will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of various projects as Hitachi Energy continues to grow.,
- You will be responsible for scanning and digitizing important documents and files in preparation for our location move to Birmingham. This task requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- As the role progresses, you'll effectively communicate project updates, deadlines, and requirements. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential in this role.
- You will assist in organising and coordinating project activities, ensuring all tasks are completed within the designated timeline. This involves tracking project progress, monitoring deadlines, and providing regular status updates to the project team.
- As Hitachi Energy continues to grow, you will provide support in various projects within UK, Ireland and Belgium collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met. This may involve conducting research, preparing presentations, and assisting in project planning and execution.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Previous experience in project coordination or administration is preferred.
