Full Job Description
- Manage a high-volume caseload to create and distribute paperwork for employees including new starter documents and employment contracts
- Maintain and update HR Information Systems, including employee e-files.
- Request IT equipment for new starters.
- Liaise with all departments to arrange and coordinate inductions within a multi-site business
- Arrange probation reviews and escalate when necessary
- Track employee processes and coordinate with payroll for processing (e.g. refer a friend bonus, maternity)
- Support exit interviews and provide related analytics.
- Maintain and update organisational charts.
- Create and gather data report completion for weekly, monthly and annual reports
Experience of working in a fast-paced, high volume case load environment (essential) - Previous admin, HR admin or office-based customer service experience (essential)
- Manufacturing/FMCG industry experience (desirable)
- Good IT skills including Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to build strong relationships, work collaboratively and a strong eye for detail.
- Ability to manage, organise and co-ordinate a high volume of work within tight timescales
- A commitment to upholding data privacy and HR compliance standards.
