This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting colleagues across the College, helping us attract, develop, and retain exceptional talent while ensuring an excellent employee experience.Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate recruitment and onboarding activities Provide professional HR advice and guidance to managers and employees Support employee relations matters, including absence, capability, disciplinary and grievance cases Ensure HR systems and records are maintained accurately and efficiently Contribute to staff wellbeing initiatives and employee engagement projects Help shape and improve HR policies, processes and
