Full Job Description
We're interested in hearing from candidates with experience at Director level or equivalent who can bring a strong understanding of strategic people leadership, organisational development and HR governance. Housing sector experience is welcome but not essential, and we encourage applications from candidates across a range of sectors who can bring fresh perspectives.
Saxon Weald's purpose is to help people build positive futures by providing safe, secure, and affordable homes. Our people are central to achieving that purpose and this role offers the opportunity to contribute to a values-led organisation with a strong social impact.
