Full Job Description
You will be the initial point of contact for operational HR matters and provide expert advice and support across the full HR lifecycle. Your main duties will include:
- Providing first-level advice and guidance on HR policies, procedures, employment law, and employee relations
- Supporting Locality Managers with disciplinary, grievance, absence, and performance issues
- Monitoring sickness absence and coordinating Occupational Health referrals and return-to-work plans
- Producing timely, accurate HR data and reports to support organisational planning and decision-making
- Supporting projects and HR initiatives aligned to Dimensions' mission and strategy
Operational HR experience, ideally supporting managers across multiple sites - Strong knowledge of employment law and HR policy
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
