If youre an experienced HR professional with a passion for employee relations, this is your opportunity to make a real difference at LOROS. As our HR Officer for ER, youll take the lead on a wide range of casework, supporting managers with confident, legally informed advice that helps us maintain a fair, supportive and highperforming workplace. From sickness and performance to disciplinary and grievance matters, youll be the goto expert guiding managers through sensitive and complex situations with clarity and compassion.

Youll also play a key role in strengthening our people practices by improving ER processes, developing toolkits, and analysing trends to help us spot issues early and continuously improve. Working closely with managers, youll build capability across the organisation, ensuring our ER approach is consistent, accessible and aligned with best practice. Your insight will help shape policy, influence culture, and support wider HR projects that enhance the employee experience.

If youre ready to use your ER expertise where it truly matters, wed love to hear from you., Lead on all employee relations (ER) matters across LOROS, providing expert advice, guidance, and case management support to managers in line with employment law, best practice, and organisational policy.

- Support HR compliance activities, including safer recruitment, workforce records, and adherence to CQC and statutory requirements.

- Contribute to HR audits, quality assurance activities, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure the organisation

Employee Relations

Manage all ER casework, providing legally compliant advice, producing documentation, maintaining records, and identifying trends to support fair, timely outcomes and continuous improvement. Coach managers and contribute to policy development.

Process Improvement

Improve ER processes and tools for consistency and compliance, analyse data for insights, support manager training, and maintain accurate HR systems.

Professional Responsibilities

Maintain up-to-date HR knowledge, support wider HR initiatives, build strong relationships, provide cross-team cover, and uphold confidentiality, data protection, and safeguarding standards.
