Full Job Description
Working closely with the HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload, providing training, support and advice to managers on absence, health, conduct and capability issues as well as other policies and procedures. You will also be responsible for drafting and reviewing HR policies and procedures and undertaking other project work as required.
We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Officer to join the HR team at Norwich City Service Limited (NCSL). If you are an excellent communicator, have sound employment law knowledge and a problem solver, we would love to hear from you., Able to build trust and work collaboratively to identify appropriate outcomes in accordance with policies, procedures and employment legislation, you should have a sound knowledge of employment legislation. Qualified or in the process of studying for the intermediate or advanced CIPD accreditation, you should be able to demonstrate excellent IT, communication and interpersonal skills along with proven experience of dispute resolution and be experienced at training and supporting managers, providing comprehensive HR support in all aspects of the employee lifecycle.

- 23 days annual leave, rising to 24 days after 3 years and 25 days after 5 years. Plus 8 bank holidays. This role is for 37 hours per week, but to ensure flexibility and promote an inclusive workplace part time hours or a job share agreement will be considered.
