Full Job Description

The HR & OD Front Facing team delivers professional, enabling support across the full breadth of HR and OD activity. As HR & OD Business Partner, you'll play a key leadership role in delivering a modern, integrated HR & OD service. You'll oversee and lead a team of HR Operational and OD colleagues. You'll be instrumental in bringing together HR & OD, strengthening people management capability and driving continuous improvement. The role will also support the development and implementation of a new HR & OD single point of access, ensuring a consistent, accessible and customer focused experience.

You're an experienced HR & OD professional with strong people leadership skills and a passion for improving how services are delivered. You'll have credibility advising on complex employee relations and organisational change, alongside experience of delivering organisational development programmes of work. Collaborative and confident, you're comfortable influencing across all levels and working in fast paced environments. You're motivated by continuous improvement, inclusion and using insight to enhance practice. A relevant professional qualification or equivalent experience is essential.
