- You'll support managers and colleagues with a people-centred approach that is inclusive and efficient.
- You'll collaborate with wider HR colleagues and functions to deliver value-add expertise that enables our organisation to deliver for the residents of Salford.
- You'll spot opportunities for continuous improvement and empower managers with the advice and tools they need to lead the Salford way.

- Is a confident communicator and collaborator, able to build relationships quickly and to influence.
- Acts with integrity, empathy, and a commitment to inclusion and continuous improvement.
- Has the employment law knowledge and skills to manage complex ER queries and a varied caseload., If you think you have the skills, knowledge and experience then we would love to hear from you! Current or previous experience of working within Local Government or Partner organisations would be advantageous but not essential.
