As a Site HR Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping the colleague experience and driving our people agenda on site. - Leading the delivery of the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding through to exit
- Building strong relationships with trade unions and site stakeholders to support business goals
- Coaching and supporting managers on people matters, policies and best practice
- Driving engagement, wellbeing and inclusion initiatives across the site
- Using HR data and insights to influence decision making and improve performance
- Supporting workforce planning, talent development and succession activity
- Working closely with recruitment and HR teams to deliver an excellent candidate and onboarding experience
Experience across core HR generalist activities with a solid understanding of HR policies and legislation - Confidence delivering training and coaching stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and use data effectively
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A collaborative approach with empathy and emotional intelligence
- Knowledge of GDPR and handling sensitive employee data
- Experience of a manufacturing environment would be beneficial
