HR Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to lead and manage the HR function, supporting overall business objectives and a positive workplace culture. The role will oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, employee engagement, HR policies and compliance with UK employment law. The Senior HR Manager will work closely with senior leadership, provide professional HR guidance, support organisational change, manage the HR team and ensure effective HR practices across the organisation. The role will also contribute to talent development, employee retention and continuous improvement of HR processes to support organisational growth.
