We are seeking a dedicated HR Manager to join our team and support the school's human resources functions. Position: HR Manager Position Type: Human Resources Job Description: The HR Manager will be responsible for a small team who together deliver the HR Function across two schools and an onsite Sport Club. This on-site role overseas the day -to-day operation of HR practices, ensuring excellence across recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development and compliance with employment legislation and school/sports club policies. The post holder plays a key role in supporting managers, enhancing HR processes, and contributing to a positive staff experience throughout the employee lifecycle. Skills, Qualifications and Attributes

  • CIPD Level 5 qualification (or Level 3 with 5+ years relevant experience).
  • Proven experience leading and managing HR functions.
  • Strong understanding of employment law and its practical application.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to manage a busy and varied workload, remaining calm under pressure.
  • High levels of tact, diplomacy, and discretion.
