Proven experience in a broad HR Manager or HR Business Partner role, ideally within corporate or professional services environments
  • Strong, practical knowledge of UK employment law
  • Experience working in a matrix or international organisation
  • Confidence influencing senior stakeholders and managing complex people issues
  • Comfortable operating both strategically and hands-on
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent experience is desirable

In return for your commitment, drive and enthusiasm, we offer our employees numerous benefits as part of your employment, including:

  • Life assurance
  • Employee Assistance Programme
  • Generous annual leave increasing with service.
  • Flexible benefits programme
  • In addition, our employees have access to a Rewards Benefits Programme, giving you a range of discounts across 800 retailers online and in store
  • If you're excited about making a real impact and helping our people and business grow together, we'd love to hear from you.
