HR Manager

The HR Manager is a senior HR role within the People Directorate, responsible for leading the Group's HR business partnering and employee relations function. Reporting to the People Director and managing a team of three HR Advisors, the postholder ensures that operational leaders across the Group - including Home Managers, Area Directors, and Regional Directors - receive high-quality, practical HR support that enables them to lead their people effectively, manage employee relations matters fairly and consistently, and build strong, stable teams within their homes and areas., This is a hands-on, relationship-driven role that combines strategic HR business partnering with operational HR delivery across a large, geographically dispersed workforce. The HR Manager will be expected to be a visible, credible, and trusted HR presence across the Group - driving consistent application of HR policy, supporting complex employee relations cases, coaching operational leaders to build their people management capability, and ensuring the HR function delivers a service that genuinely enables better outcomes for residents, staff, and the organisation.

We started Healthcare Ireland Group in July 2015 with the opening of Bradley Manor Care Home. Our categories of care include general and dementia nursing, dementia residential, mental health, physical disability and learning disability.
