Full Job Description

We're looking for an EMEA HR Lead who brings equal parts empathy and good judgment. You'll support employees across the UK, France, Germany, Belgium and other EMEA countries, handling day-to-day needs, keeping policies sharp, and making sure the company stays compliant and well-represented at every touchpoint.

You will also identify opportunities to streamline processes across our talent acquisition and employee engagement efforts, all while maintaining the highest standard of discretion when handling sensitive information about our organization, employees, and candidates. You know how to listen, how to advocate, and when to hold the line. Real EMEA HR experience and a high bar for discretion are a must.

Job Responsibilities:

· Support HR policies and processes, including documentation, implementation, and compliance tracking

· Provide day-to-day support to the HR team, helping manage administrative workflows and employee inquiries

· Support employer culture and branding initiatives, employee experience programs, and human resources policy and practices implementation

· Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment regulations

· Manage internal stakeholder communications, including confirmations, follow-ups, and status updates

· Identify and support process improvements to increase efficiency within talent acquisition and employee engagement

· Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive employee, candidate, and company information

· 3+ years of experience handling HR matters in France, Germany, Belgium, and the UK

· French language fluency and ability to speak, read, and write in French

· Deep commitment to values of integrity, ownership, and urgency

· Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

· Familiarity with employment laws and compliance requirements

· High attention to detail with strong organizational and follow-through skills

· Professional discretion and ability to handle confidential information appropriately
