Full Job Description
We are now offering a 2-year HR Graduate Scheme within our Human Resources department, designed to provide you with a broad foundation of how such a team operates to support a high-performance culture. This is a broad ranging entry level HR role within a strong and established HR department, where you will be given the opportunity to grow and develop on the job, whilst following a formal CIPD accredited course of study. All within a performance lead, best in class environment. The role will be anchored in day to day administration, and as such you will support, maintain and create employee records, contracts of employment, HR systems, reports and policies. Given the varied nature of the role you will also support a range of HR activities across all areas of HR including Compensation and Benefits, Recruitment, Employee Relations and Learning & Development allowing you to gain a rounded professional foundation., + Within this we would like to learn as much about you as possible. - Ability to observe and question to provide the best solution What we are we looking for?
- A degree (1^st or 2:1) in a subject relevant to HR such as Human Resources or Business Studies.
- At least one year of experience working in HR
