- HR Coordinator, Specialist Services Team (Employee Benefits & Policies) (12 Month Fixed Term Contract), We're looking for two HR Coordinators to join our People function on a 12 month fixed term contract, it could be a secondment opportunity for an inernal applicant. One role will sit in our Resourcing Team, supporting recruitment across Lincolnshire County Council. The other role will sit in our Specialist Services team, providing support and administration to Employee Benefits and Policies. Candidates are welcome to apply for either role or indicate if they would like to be considered for both opportunities. Please note that whilst this is a fixed term contract, there is the possibility of it becoming permanent. About the team You'll be part of our broader People function, collaborating closely with colleagues across Advisory, Resourcing, Talent, and Learning. - Supporting recruitment activity across a wide range of services
- Onboarding new starters, including pre-employment checks
- Posting and managing vacancies, including school roles
- Liaising with candidates, hiring managers, and senior leaders
- Arranging interviews and supporting assessment centres
- Maintaining recruitment systems, data, and reports
- Leading or contributing to individual projects alongside day-to-day operations From roads being built, to children being supported safely, to heritage sites, social care, IT, finance, transport, environmental services, and more - the roles you help recruit have a direct impact on communities. HRC Projects role Your work will include:
- Administering and supporting a range of employee benefits schemes.
- Maintaining and updating HR policy documents, templates, records and SharePoint pages.
- Producing reports, presentations and management information to support HR initiatives and decision-making.
- Monitoring scheme uptake, analysing data and preparing regular performance and savings reports.
- Liaising with suppliers, Payroll, Finance and internal stakeholders to resolve queries and maintain effective working relationships.
- Coordinating employee communications, guidance materials and promotional activities.
- Providing flexible administrative support across the HR function Through the delivery of employee benefits, policy administration and people-focused initiatives, this role helps ensure colleagues have access to the support, information and opportunities they need throughout their employment journey.

- Confident using multiple systems and learning new technology Experience in HR, recruitment, or administration is helpful, but just as important is your willingness to learn, contribute proactively, and make a difference., In accordance with Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016 (Fluency Duty), the ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.
