Full Job Description
We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our friendly and fast-paced HR team. Reporting to the HR Business Partner - Recruitment & Reward, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in HR. In this role, you'll provide comprehensive HR support across the Group, ensuring safer recruitment processes are completed accurately and efficiently. You'll also gain valuable exposure to a wide range of HR functions, including:
- Supporting first-stage sickness absence review meetings
- Attending formal meetings and taking accurate notes
- Advising on basic HR policies and procedures
- Assisting with onboarding and induction processes
- Contributing to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives Whether you're early in your HR career or looking to build on existing experience, we'll support your development with training, mentoring, and opportunities across our HR team.
- Is organised, proactive, and eager to learn
- Has excellent IT and problem solving skills
- Can work with high levels of accuracy and confidentiality
