HR Coordinator

Our HR Coordinators support out HR Business Partners with employee relations cases, vendor management for employee services, first line guidance on policy and process queries, and other project work.,

• Partner with HRBPs or HR Advisors to provide input into business goals, local projects, and HR programs.
• Collaborate and work with HRBPs or HR Advisors on employee relations cases, specific queries and issues.
• Engage cross functionally to deliver HR casework and projects.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of casework and correspondence.
• Provide guidance to employees and managers on sefl-service transactions and navigation of the HR Portal.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of HR policies, procedures, and processes.
  
  Knowledge and insight of HR policies, laws and regulations.
• Demonstrable experience of execution excellence, problem solving, and strong communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise workload.
• Experience of stakeholder management.
