HR Coordinator

We're looking for a talented and motivated HR Coordinator to join our supportive ASKHR team based in Runcorn. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who's looking for a career in HR. As part of our dedicated HR team, you'll play a key role in supporting colleagues across our organisation, helping to ensure policy compliance, giving trusted advice, and being a first point of contact for day-to-day HR queries. Main Responsibilities As a HR Coordinator, you'll be a key part of our ASKHR team, where you'll receive full training and support to help you succeed. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Triaging calls and emails, aiming to resolve a wide range of colleague queries - from annual leave and sickness to pay, performance management, and compliance
• Providing helpful and professional advice to colleagues, using your training and on-the-job experience
• Delivering a high standard of service to stakeholders across the organisation, including members of the Senior Leadership Team
• Supporting key HR processes such as payroll administration, compliance monitoring (in line with CQC standards), and contributing to TUPE processes
