Full Job Description
This role provides an HR advisory service covering a broad range of activities, including advising managers on HR queries and supporting restructure/TUPE processes. The postholder will serve as the HR Advisor on Employee Relations matters, particularly advising the Chair at hearings and appeals. You may also be involved in policy development and implementation.

- Employee Relations advisory experience
- Policy development and implementation
- CIPD qualification or working towards it
- Experience in local government or public sector (advantageous)
We are looking for an experienced HR professional with chartered status of CIPD or a Level 5 qualification and actively working towards full CIPD membership. Experience in local government or the public sector is an advantage. Available to start as soon as possible.
