Reporting to the HR Compliance Manager, as an HR Compliance Coordinator you'll work as part of our People Services and HR Compliance team; supporting on compliance related workstreams and providing HR guidance to all Novuna employees. This role is an 18 month fixed term contract, where you'll work in a supportive environment and a bespoke training plan will be created that is tailored to your learning needs. There will be lots of opportunities to learn new skills. Some of your key duties will include:
- Supporting the HR Compliance Manager with all HR related risks, incidents, and compliance projects
- Ensuring proactive action is taken to identify, assess and manage emerging risks
- Providing support to all Novuna employees by dealing with HR queries in a professional and efficient manner
- Building relationships across the business and working with a wide variety of departments
You'll have a background in HR and/or a regulatory compliance related role, ideally with some exposure to the Financial Services sector and FCA regulations. Also, we're looking for the following: - Good working knowledge of HR practices, processes and systems
- Great interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Good working knowledge of MS Office Suite, any exposure with risk management systems would be an added desirable
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
