HR Casework Advisor

As a Human Resources Casework Advisor, you will be a trusted partner to senior leaders, providing expert advice across a wide range of HR matters while ensuring best practice and full compliance with employment legislation and organisational policies. What you will be doing

• Providing specialist HR advice on complex casework including:
• Disciplinary and grievance matters;
• Absence management and capability;
• Recruitment and selection;
• Performance management;
• Organisational change and workforce planning.
• Supporting and advising managers at all levels, including up to Directors.
• Designing and delivering engaging training sessions on key HR topics.
  
  You will be an experienced and confident HR professional who:
• Has a strong background in employee relations casework;
• Can build effective relationships with all stakeholders;
• Communicates clearly and provides pragmatic, solution-focused advice;
• Is comfortable working in a dynamic and evolving service area;
• Has the ability to influence and challenge constructively.
