HR Business Partner (Medical)

Were seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our HR Business Partnering team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional with strong medical workforce experience to play a leading role in supporting our medical service review. Working closely with senior managers and clinical leaders, you will provide proactive, expert guidance with a strong focus on transformation and change., In this role, you will lead the workforce aspects of the medical review programme, shaping transformation and organisational change plans from design through to implementation. Youll work closely with senior leaders, clinicians, and key stakeholders to manage workforce risks, provide expert advice, and ensure change is delivered safely, legally, and compassionately.

Were looking for an experienced HR Business Partner with a strong background in medical workforce, deep knowledge of doctors terms and conditions, and proven experience supporting transformation or service redesign. Youll need excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills, along with the confidence to influence and challenge at senior level.
