HR Business Partner - Fixed term

We are looking to recruit a HR Business Partner on a Fixed Term Contract for 18 months to join our team. The HR Business Partner will work alongside and within the Community Health Services, Dentistry & Primary Care Directorate as part of the Partnerships, Improvement and Programmes team providing a critical link between workforce strategy and the Directorate's transformation agenda. Working across the Directorate and in partnership with senior leaders, clinicians and stakeholders, the HR Business Partner will provide expert leadership and advice on workforce strategy, organisational change, employee relations and people development, ensuring that workforce implications are identified early and that staff are effectively engaged and supported through change., As an experienced HR professional, you will provide high-quality strategic and operational HR support to your assigned areas. You will:

• Build strong, effective partnerships with senior leaders to support delivery of Directorate objectives
• Work collaboratively with trade unions, fostering positive employee relations
• Develop a deep understanding of service priorities and translate these into workforce strategies
• Identify workforce challenges and design targeted, impactful interventions
• Contribute to system-wide workforce initiatives and continuous improvement
