& Development initiatives, identifying capability needs and delivering impactful development programmesCoach managers to strengthen leadership capability, improve performance management and increase employee engagementAnalyse workforce data and people metrics to provide strategic insight and support business decision-makingSupport recruitment for senior and business-critical roles, partnering with hiring managers to ensure effective workforce planningContribute to the continuous improvement of HR policies, processes and people initiativesWork collaboratively with the wider HR team and provide cover for the HR Manager where requiredWhat we'll need from you:Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor role within a fast-paced organisationCIPD Level 5 qualificationExperience partnering and influencing senior business leadersStrong knowledge of employment law with, experience independently managing complex employee relations casesExperience supporting organisational

change, restructures and transformation programmesExperience coaching managers, and developing leadership capabilityStrong analytical skills with the ability to use people data to influence business decisionsExcellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skillsAbility to build trusted relationships and balance commercial priorities with employee experienceDesirable:Experience within engineering, technology, energy or professional services organisationsExperience designing and delivering Learning & Development programmesExperience using Cascade or a similar HR Information SystemAdditional European language(s)What we can offer you:At EA Technology, we believe in growing with our people.
