Are you an experienced HR Business Partner who thrives on building strong relationships, influencing senior leaders, and delivering people strategies that drive business performance? The Opportunity Reporting to the Head of HR, you'll partner with a number of business divisions, working closely with leadership teams to develop and deliver people plans that support organisational objectives. As a trusted advisor, you'll provide expert guidance across the full employee lifecycle while helping leaders build engaged, capable, and high-performing teams.,

  • Partner with senior leaders and managers to develop and deliver effective people plans
  • Provide expert advice and coaching on employee relations matters
  • Lead recruitment and onboarding activities for your business areas
  • Support talent development, succession planning, and organisational development initiatives
  • Use HR data and insights to support informed people decisions
  • Deliver learning and development initiatives and identify future capability needs
  • Drive employee engagement activities and help create a positive workplace culture
  • Support performance management and the development of high-performing teams
  • Ensure HR policies and processes remain legally compliant and aligned to best practice
  • Lead and contribute to a variety of HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

    Proven experience in both operational and strategic HR
  • Previous experience in a true HR Business Partner role
  • Strong employee relations knowledge
  • Ability to build credibility and influence senior stakeholders
  • Up-to-date knowledge of employment law and HR best practice
  • Experience managing recruitment activity and external suppliers
  • Strong analytical and HR systems capability.
  • An excellent communicator who can influence and challenge constructively
  • Relationship-focused and quick to build trust
  • Resilient, pragmatic, and solutions-oriented
  • Passionate about developing people and helping teams succeed
  • Comfortable working autonomously while collaborating across the wider business
  • Motivated by continuous improvement and positive change
