As an HR Business Partner, you'll work closely with leadership teams to deliver best-in-class people practices, ensuring alignment with our wider business strategy. You'll bring challenge, insight, and expertise-helping us create a high-performing, engaged, and inclusive workforce. This is a national role with travel required, giving you exposure across multiple business areas and projects. What You'll Be Doing

  • Partner with senior leaders to coach, challenge and support on all people matters
  • Deliver key people processes, including salary and bonus reviews, ensuring data integrity
  • Drive performance management and talent development, supporting succession planning across the business
  • Lead and support business change and transformation programmes
  • Use data and insight to support business planning and decision-making
  • Create and deliver resourcing plans aligned to business needs and D&I goals
  • Support capability development through learning & development interventions
  • ️ Manage employee relations cases effectively and consistently
  • Ensure governance, compliance and best practice are embedded across all people processes

    Are you a HR professional who thrives on influencing leaders, driving performance, and shaping people strategies?, Proven experience operating as an HR Business Partner or senior HR professional
  • Strong ability to influence, coach and challenge stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience driving change, transformation and people initiatives
  • Solid understanding of ER, performance management, and talent development
  • A data-led mindset with the ability to turn insight into action
  • A collaborative approach, with a passion for delivering great people outcomes
