Summary
We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our Human Resources team and provide a high-quality HR service across Ashfield and Mansfield District Councils.
This role is ideal for an HR professional with strong employee relations experience who can advise managers, build effective relationships, and support a wide range of people matters including absence, conduct, grievance, recruitment, and organisational change.
What we're looking for
You will hold a relevant Level 5 qualification and have substantial HR experience, including employee relations casework. You will also bring strong knowledge of employment law, excellent communication skills, and the ability to advise and challenge managers confidently.
