Full Job Description
You will act as a trusted advisor to Deans, Directors and leadership teams, providing expert HR guidance, challenge and support across a broad range of people matters.
Key responsibilities include:
o Translating organisational strategy into practical workforce and people plans
o Supporting and leading organisational change, including restructures and transformation programmes
o Coaching and developing leaders to build capability and confidence
o Using data and insight to inform decision-making and identify trends
o Promoting a positive, inclusive and high-performing culture
o Providing advice on complex employee relations matters
You will work collaboratively with HR specialist teams - including Employee Relations, Reward, Recruitment and EDI - to design and deliver effective people solutions, and contribute to the delivery of internal HR initiatives and continuous improvement activity.
o Proven experience partnering senior stakeholders within a complex organisation
o Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice
o Experience of organisational design and delivering change
o Ability to influence, coach and challenge at a senior level
o Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into insight
o Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
o A Level 7 qualification (or equivalent experience), ideally CIPD-accredited [HRBP job d...June 2026 | Word]
