HR Business Intern

Location: Dunton (Essex) or DagenhamDuration: 12 monthsWorking Model: Four days on-site each week, with flexibility on attendance days according to business needsDepartment: Human ResourcesReports to: Manager, HR Business Partner About the roleWe are seeking an enthusiastic and analytical intern to support our HR team's transformation. You will work with HR Business Partners, Centres of Expertise, IT and business stakeholders to simplify ways of working, improve the employee experience and help introduce new programmes and services.

What we're looking forA current student seeking an internship or a recent graduate from any degree discipline.Strong analytical thinking and written and verbal communication skills.An interest in HR operations, process improvement, digital transformation and employee experience.Confidence using Excel to analyse data. The ability to turn complex information into clear, practical recommendations.An organised, detail-focused approach and confidence working with ambiguity.Nice to haveKnowledge of, or an interest in, continuous improvement methods such as Lean Six Sigma. Experience with Power BI, Visio, Lucidchart, Power Automate, Power Apps or similar tools would be useful.What you'll gainHands-on experience improving real HR processes and measuring business impact.Exposure to HR technology and digital transformation projects.Mentoring from experienced HR and business operations professionals.Opportunities to present recommendations to HR leaders.Practical process improvement skills that apply
