HR Assistant - Payroll Experience

Harrow Health CIC is looking for a motivated and organised HR Assistant with payroll experience to join our HR team. The successful candidate will provide day-to-day administrative support across a range of HR activities, including recruitment and onboarding, employee records, absence management, payroll administration and general HR queries.

The role requires excellent attention to detail, strong communication and organisational skills, and the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally. Previous payroll experience is required, while experience within the NHS or a healthcare environment would be advantageous.
